About the project
Indigo & Oak launched into a saturated gifting market with a clear vision and no brand to match it. They needed an identity that could hold its own against established luxury players from day one.
We built the entire brand from the ground up. Logo, colour palette, typography, brand voice, packaging direction, and full positioning strategy -- every element designed to communicate luxury, personalisation, and genuine thoughtfulness. The brief wasn't just to make something beautiful. It was to make something that felt like it belonged in the premium gifting space and could scale with the business as it grew. We worked through multiple positioning territories before landing on a direction that felt both distinctive and true to the founders' vision.

The Challenge
Luxury branding is unforgiving. Every detail either adds to the perception of quality or quietly undermines it.
The gifting market is full of brands that look premium but feel generic. Our challenge was to build something genuinely considered -- where the identity itself communicated the same level of care that goes into every gift. Colour, type, tone of voice, packaging cues -- nothing was arbitrary. Everything was chosen to reinforce a single feeling: this is a brand that takes the details as seriously as its customers do.
