About the project
Naild by Jacinta had the talent and the aesthetic -- but their Instagram wasn't communicating either. The content felt inconsistent and didn't reflect the premium experience clients actually received in the salon.
We developed a full Instagram strategy focused on positioning Naild by Jacinta as a premium lifestyle destination rather than just a nail salon. The content direction moved away from generic before/after posts toward aspirational lifestyle content that made the brand feel exclusive, considered, and worth the investment. We directed reels concepts, developed the aesthetic content framework, and built a consistent visual language across the feed. The result is an Instagram presence that attracts clients who value premium experiences and are willing to pay for them.

The challenge with luxury beauty content is specificity -- it needs to feel elevated without feeling cold, and aspirational without feeling unattainable. We built a content system that showcased the craft and the experience in equal measure. Reels were designed to stop the scroll and communicate quality instantly. Static content built the aesthetic consistency that makes a feed feel intentional. Every piece of content was designed to attract the right client and quietly repel the wrong one.
